BIOGRAFIE is a 100% Made in Italy clothing brand, providing customizable Knitwear. Through an innovative configuration process, we offer you the possibility to create unique and exclusive garments, tailored around you and your preferences, totally eliminating all production waste. Our products are made exclusively with natural fibers, including 100% Cashmere, 100% Silk. They come from nature, and for this specific reason, they respect and protect it. Softness, warmth and elegance are the feaures which have specifically made these precious fabrics a unique encounter between nature and the mastery of those working it.
How can I order my garment?
You have two options for ordering your custom garment: starting from scratch with our wizard or letting yourself be inspired by our collections. Even in the latter case, however, you may still customize and make the garment 100% yours in all details. Our wizard offers plenty of customizable ideas, to be changed based on the model you choose. You can therefore choose your type of collar, knit texture, color and other elements that will make your garment unique. Remember that you can go back to the previous steps at any time and change any and all details of your garment. As soon as you have decided on your final combination and selected size, all you have to do to proceed is confirm your order. After that, our lab will directly receive all the information needed for beginning production of your garment. Each production phase will be checked manually in order to verify compliance with the order, as well as for ultimately ensuring that the garment will be exactly as you wish. All the steps of production are carried out in our artisan laboratory in Minervino Murge, in the region of Apulia. At the end of the process, which usually takes 3-5 working days, your garment will be ready to be delivered by trackable express courier.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
How are the garments shipped?
Each of our garments is sanitized and enclosed within protective wrapping, before being placed in the “BIOGRAFIE” box. We ship all our orders using the best known express couriers and insuring all shipments. Deliveries take 24 to 48 hours on average. Deliveries takes place on working days; in case of special needs, you can contact us to arrange your delivery day.
My order has not arrived yet, how can I check its status?
In the event that your order has already been shipped, please check the expected delivery date by entering the "tracking number" received by e-mail, directly on the website of the express courier indicated on the shipping confirmation. In case you have not received the email with the tracking number, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org remembering to indicate the Order No. indicated on the confirmation email you received when ordering.
What happens if the courier arrives while I'm not at home?
You will be contacted by the courier for arranging the delivery within 3 days following the first delivery attempt.
Can I request delivery to an address other than my home?
Yes, it is possible to request the delivery of the garments to a place other than your home, as long as it is always on the territory in the same country indicated on the order. You can change or add a new shipping address when filling in your order data.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Definitely yes. Biografie delivers with free shipping in all European Community countries. As for countries outside of the EU, delivery will always be possible with the addition of a small shipping fee varying depending on the country of destination.
Can I return a garment?
All our items have a right of return, although by law, this is supposedly not to be guaranteed for made-to-order garments. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving the garment. In order to start the practice, you will need to use the appropriate section within your customer area. The goods must then be sent to our laboratory, following the instructions we will send you. The refund will be made within 10 days from the moment we receive the goods. You will receive an email both upon confirmation of receipt of the package and when the refund is issued. The total amount paid for your order will be returned with the same payment method chosen for the charging: on the account to which your card is paired, via Paypal, or by bank transfer. The timing for the amount to reappear on your account may vary depending on the method used. What payment methods are available?
We currently accept these methods of payment:
- Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron, rechargeable credit cards, enabled Maestro ATMs.
- PayPal: for comfortably buying online without entering your credit card details on the website. In order to create a new PayPal account, please visit the paypal.com website.
- Bank transfer: the ordered product will be shipped after the amount is credited to our current account.
In the case of a bank transfer, times for acceptance of the order are extended by a few days, needed for verification of the credit.
